What a CRA representative can do

When you authorize Wright Tax Services, we can speak with the CRA for you and help with notices, questions and reviews.
| Level | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | The CRA can share your tax information with us |
| Level 2 | The CRA can also accept changes from us, such as adjustments to your return |
A representative cannot view or change your address, view direct deposit details, or authorize another representative.
You can review, change or remove an authorization at any time in My Account. If you enter no expiry date, it stays active until you cancel it.
